The Terraphase Engineering and Science Scholarship Fund, a 501(c)(3) organization, supports deserving students in pursuing their educational goals.

We provide our employees the equivalent of two paid volunteer days to encourage meaningful engagement.
Our corporate-sponsored volunteer opportunities have included waterway cleanups, Earth Day events at local schools, volunteering at the Trans March, and supporting local organizations, reinforcing our commitment to making a positive impact where it matters most.

Since its inception in 2020, the fund has awarded over $90,000 in scholarships, helping students turn their passion for environmental science and engineering into meaningful careers.
