Scope of Services

Terraphase’s team successfully implemented a comprehensive Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan for a complex and aging steel manufacturing facility located adjacent to environmentally sensitive wetlands. Our team led the full development and implementation of the SPCC Plan, addressing complex infrastructure and environmental constraints. We also prepared more than 30 California Waste Tank Assessments, providing consulting on advanced spill and overfill protections and structural retrofitting for several large waste acid aboveground storage tanks (ASTs).
