Terraphase has been certified by the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency as a small business enterprise (SBE). Terraphase was previously certified as a small, local, emerging business (SLEB) by the County of Alameda, the city of Oakland and the Alameda — Contra Costa Transit District (AC Transit). Terraphase is also a state of California small business. Each of these programs is used by their respective organizations to support the local economy by encouraging the participation of small businesses in government procurements.
