Environmental Law Journal Symposium ABA Award

Terraphase wishes to congratulate the 2019 Villanova Environmental Law Journal Blank Rome LLP Symposium, “Strategies to Address Uncertainty and Transition in Environmental Law, for being honored with the American Bar Association’s Law Student Environment, Energy, and Resources Program of the Year Award.  This symposium, which was held on February 8, 2019, involved representatives from private practice, government, and nonprofit organizations discussing strategies used to manage regulatory uncertainty and transition for clients.  As part of the offering, Terraphase Principal, Kevin Long, joined Candee Wilde of Greenberg Traurig LLP and Diana Silva of Manko Gold Katcher Fox LLP on a panel moderated by Margaret Hill of Blank Rome LLP to discuss challenges and solutions for managing contaminants of emerging concern.  The symposium will be honored and recognized in Boston this week during the ABA’s Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources’ (SEER) 27th Fall Conference.
