Terraphase adopts its client’s environmental stewardship goals, identifies the regulatory requirements applicable to their operations/sites, and provides assistance complying with these regulations. Terraphase’s regulatory compliance services include:
- Performing environmental compliance audits of commercial and industrial activities
- Conducting hazardous waste characterization and developing hazardous waste management plans
- Preparing Hazardous Materials Business Plans / EPCRA Tier 2 Reporting
- Preparing environmental permit applications and acquiring permits for commercial and industrial activities
- Developing response strategies to mitigate non-compliance with environmental control regulations
- Preparing industrial facility decontamination plans and implementing facility closure
- Preparing and implementing storm water pollution prevention plans (SWPPPs) and storm water monitoring plans
- Assisting clients in negotiation of Remedial Action Agreements, or Consent Agreements with regulatory agencies such as the DTSC, RWQCB and EPA
