Hans Kramer, PE, QSD, Joins Terraphase as Associate Engineer
We are happy to announce that Hans Kramer, PE, QSD, has joined Terraphase as Associate Engineer. Hans has over sixteen years of diverse consulting experience, including: Stormwater Engineering & Compliance and permitting; civil site planning and design; utility and infrastructure planning and design; environmental remediation; hydraulic modeling of stormwater, sewer, water, and recycled water systems; erosion control measure design; and design of treatment, storage and distribution facilities. As a civil engineer, Hans has produced plans and specifications for practical solutions on a wide array of public and private projects including municipal systems, marine shipping terminals, manufacturing facilities, public utilities, parks and trails, and residential and commercial developments.
Hans has managed stormwater permitting and compliance on over 150 construction sites under California’s Construction General Permit, shepherding the projects from document production/permitting through BMP implementation and construction, and on to permit termination. He has managed construction, dredging, remediation, and system maintenance on large cleanup sites, addressing a variety of contaminants and working with multiple agencies and stakeholders. Hans has supported creation and update of hydraulic models for several Northern California municipalities, residential/commercial/industrial developments, and remediation sites.
