Terraphase Engineering has been awarded a five-year contract with the Port of Oakland to provide on-call environmental compliance consulting for the Port’s Environmental Programs and Planning Division. The scope of services under this contract includes environmental risk management, site permitting, regulatory agency interaction, property transaction due diligence, storm water pollution prevention, and site investigation and remediation.
