Terraphase Engineering has been awarded a three-year contract with the City of Oakland to provide on-call environmental consulting for the City’s Public Works Agency, Department of Facilities and Environment. The scope of services under this contract includes Phase I and Phase II Environmental Due Diligence; environmental permitting; waste management and disposal; human health and ecological risk assessments; storm water compliance; remedial design; and regulatory interaction.
